Early 18th Century Walnut Bureau Circa 1730 .
Here we have a stunning early 18th century Bureau this beautifully proportioned piece stands at just under 3ft in width which allows it to fit into almost any recess if not needed to take centre stage although with its rich warm colour who would wish to hide it away.
The sloped fall when opened reveals a beautiful configuration of 6 drawers which flank a centre cupboard the sides of which can be removed to reveal small storage boxes to hold ones secrets .
The beautifully tooled leather is recessed into the reverse of the slope the interior also containing a well .
The main drawer configuration is two short over drawers over two long all this standing on bracket feet .
